The car is delivered to the European market under the name Evanda, and in some countries - under the Daewoo brand, and in others - Chevrolet. In Canada, the same car has the Chevrolet logo on the grille, but it is already called Epica. And in the US, the model is generally sold as Suzuki Verona.

Chevrolet Evanda is an economical car that fully complies with the most stringent environmental standards. Under the hood, a two-liter gasoline engine with a power of 96 kW (131 hp). In this power unit cylinders have a linear arrangement, which is the key to its high reliability. In the basic configuration, the engine is combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The maximum speed of the car is almost 200 km / h, and up to a hundred it accelerates in less than 10 s. On the more expensive version of the CDX, a 4-step “automatic” is installed, and its performance is a bit more modest - 188 km / h and 11.8 s, respectively.

The engine is quite quiet, and the suspension of the car is tuned more for comfort than for sportiness. Evanda is adapted to provide precise steering and high running performance. The chassis is adapted to the Russian road and climatic conditions, and performed according to a well-established scheme with independent MacPherson type front and rear multi-link suspensions. They provide accurate responses to the driver’s actions, while maintaining a high level of smoothness. In this case, the steering mechanism is equipped with an amplifier of the most progressive design - with variable gain. Brakes the car well, thanks to disc brakes on all four wheels.
