From the A7, this car is more aggressive in appearance and other dimensions. The car was built on the Volkswagen Group MLB platform, on which the A7 is also based, but the wheelbase of the sports version is longer by 2 mm (2916 mm). The body length of the Audi S7 is also longer than the standard version (4980 against 4969 mm), but the height is less (1408 against 1420 mm), moreover, the width of both versions is the same - 1911 mm. A longer and lower body in the S7 gives the car more stability on the road.

Swift silhouette, sloping roof, LED optics, 19-inch alloy wheels - all this creates a unique image of a premium sports car. As for external differences with the standard modification of the premium hatchback, the first thing that catches your eye when looking at the front of the car is a different shape bumper. The changes affected its side sections, in which instead of two black-painted horizontal “blades”, one appeared painted in body color. In addition, between the first and second upper edge of the chrome-plated singleframe radiator grill is placed the logo "S7". In profile, both modifications can be distinguished only by wheel rims: in the sports version they have a special design, and have five double “rays”. In the basic configuration - 19-inch wheels, but under the order you can put and 20, and 21 inch wheels. There are differences in the stern. Firstly, the Audi S7 has dual exhaust pipes, while the standard version has single pipes. Secondly, the diffuser in the sports version is painted black and has a double chrome insert, running along the lower edge of the diffuser. Also on the trunk of the car you can see the logo "S7".

In the cabin of the S7, one can note a tenacious steering wheel, covered with high-quality perforated leather with the "S7" logo on the lower spoke, aluminum trimmed shift paddles, pedals and automatic transmission lever.

The consumption of gasoline in a mixed cycle is 9.6 liters per 100 km of track.

This engine is equipped with direct fuel injection and two twin-scroll turbochargers. The cylinder blocks are cast from an alloy of aluminum and silicon, which led to a reduction in the engine mass assembly to 220 kg.

From the "ecological" equipment, it is worth noting the electronic cylinder shutdown system - Audi cylinder on demand. With a light load on the engine, the system shuts off part of the cylinders. Thus, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are significantly reduced. The engine is additionally equipped with a Start / Stop system and complies with the Euro-5 environmental standard. Complement the picture is switched off with a sharp acceleration generator and intelligent control thermostat for faster warm-up.
