In Russia, the car debuted in August of the same year at the International Auto Show in Moscow. The basis of this model is the base of the Lifan 530 sedan, which in our market is sold under the name Celliya.

The car looks fresh, modern, original and even stylish. The front part of the X50, despite its similarity with the Celliya sedan, demonstrates a more solid bumper with a large trapezoidal air intake, an aerodynamic lip at the bottom edge and fashionable LED foglights. Large peaked headlamps with lenses of optics and brackets of LED daytime running lights, between them there is a narrow slot of the false-reading grid.

The body profile is attracted by the drop-down roof line and the rising side-glazing line. Large-sized wheel arch radii easily place wheels with 195 / 65R15 tires on alloy wheels with an original design pattern. The correct form of doorways will provide a comfortable fit not only for the first, but also for the second row. The back of the Lifan X50 crossover got the soft lines of the tailgate with compact glass, topped with a spoiler, neat drops of light bulbs and a powerful bumper.

The dimensions of the “SUV” are 4100 mm long, 1540 mm high and 1722 mm wide, with 2550 mm set aside for the wheelbase and 208 mm ground clearance. In the curb "X-fifty" weighs 1175 kg. With such parameters, the crossover falls into a compact class B, in which he will have to compete on the Russian market with such models as the Changan CS35, DFM H30 Cross, Geely MK Cross and Renault Sandero Stepway.

For the X50, only one engine is offered - this is a petrol “four” with a working volume of 1.5 liters (1,498 cubic centimeters), delivering 103 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 133 Nm of maximum torque at 3,500-4500 rpm. The engine works not only in a pair with a 5-speed manual gearbox, but also with a stepless variator. In the first case, the Lifan X50 is capable of developing 170 km / h of peak speed, spending an average of 6.3 liters of fuel in mixed mode, in the second - 160 km / h and 6.5 liters, respectively.

The car has a classic suspension design for its class: MacPherson struts on the front axle and a torsion beam with a stabilizer bar on the rear axle. An electric control amplifier is integrated into the steering mechanism of the car, and the brake system is represented by ventilated disk devices on the front axle and conventional disk devices on the rear.
